The property was dirty. The staff was not very attentive and unfortunately a lot of strange things happened throughout my stay. I did not cancel during my stay because I had class 7 am to 7 pm almost every day and with dinner and getting back it was too much to leave and look for another place. I have pictures to prove my story.

This hotel is probably the best value you can find in the area. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The owner is incredibly hospitable and passionate about making sure his guests feel welcome. I highly recommend a stay at the Racine.

It was a perfect hotel experience. The rooms, linens, cleanliness, parking and very healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food choices (free!) made our stay happy and easy. Everyone working there served our every need with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. And there was a fridge and a microwave oven in our rooms.

My family stayed here for two nights, in a 2-bedroom. The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The breakfast, which had a good variety of choices. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend.

The front desk associate was nice and cheery! The rest of the stay was a let down-I ended up checking out early, and will be emailing management to get a refund. The entryway, elevator, hallway and room were filthy. There was hair in the bed, and dirt on the floor of the main space and bathroom. Missing couch cushion, bent suitcase stand, and a dirty refrigerator. I was then woken up at 2am from the police outside my window taking someone into custody-but I’m unsure of what the offense was. I did not feel safe staying there and wouldn’t recommend that location to anyone.
