"My stay was perfect. I got to the hotel several house before check in after catching the first flight from Nashville at 5am.. I was so tired and needed to plug in my devices. The reception woman let me hang out and plug in at the bar and let me check in early! Overall everything was easy, clean and convenient. this is my second time staying at a Hyatt Place hotel and I'm going to be looking for them everywhere I go now. "

"Staff very accomodating and quick to respond to a minor service request we had. Due to winter season some amenities not available but would recommend and will return ourselves next time we have a trip to Reno. We do not generally do breakfast at the hotel so we did not miss that but for folks who want that - only a restaurant option available."

"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. Lots of kids which was great for us because we brought our toddler along but I wish they had more to do with the kiddos. They had a movie night, but it was just a projector and chairs in a conference room. Maybe some popcorn or snacks would have been helpful. Their arcade is just another conference room with a few machines. The Grille they recommended on site was not accepting reservations and weren’t very welcoming when we arrived and I read they were closing permanently so we had to venture out with the car. We didn't ski but we did take our daughter sledding which was so much fun. The room itself was nice. "
