"This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean with a great view of the bay and had a balcony where you can spot the otters and seals with the provided binoculars. Restaurants had great service and offered room service. Check in, valet and bell service were top notch. Would stay there again when in Monterrey for sure."
