Helpful staff, great location, but our room was a dud. The hotel seems beautiful on the lower floors, it is worthwhile it seems to book the more expensive rooms here. However, our room was like a shoebox and our view was horrible, it looked out over an exhaust area across the interior of the building. We paid a pretty penny and I was pretty disappointed with the room that we got. When we arrived, it was dirty, we found fingernails on the bedside table when we arrived. Hotel staff was accommodating and apologetic, but it was disheartening for first impressions. The room often smelled like mildew, I'm guessing due to the location and area our window looked out over. Overall the interior of the hotel is a little more rundown than you can see in pictures. It was a safe hotel and I appreciated the helpful staff, but I can't deny that I was disappointed.

Comfy bed, polite staff, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, shopping distance to Gallery Lafayette, lots of restaurants, pastry shop, pharmacy and grocery all close by!

Nice and quiet hotel not very big but very comfy- (we didn’t go there to stay in a hotel but to see Paris) .Hotel was located in perfect spot right next to famous Arch and 30min walk from Eiffel Tower (5min in taxi). Hotel stuff was very nice and there was someone at the desk 24h. I need to point out that everything was very clean ! Shower room spotless silicone- I seen worse in 5star hotels! Breakfast offered small choice of food but all nice and fresh

We had a room with double and a small twin on the fifth floor. It was perfect. Bathroom large. 2 minute walk to Palais Royal! And there was a corkscrew by the fridge, and a Franprix 100 meters. Desk staff are great.

Love the location, excellent staff, especially Bryant who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable as it was a special trip for us , we celebrated our 28th anniversary!
