"Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour and bbq. About a half mile to the Fremont Theater. Our door was a little tricky to open but no big deal."

Even though I called way ahead of check in time and said I was arriving late, they told me no problem, they kept my initial room, when I called the second time to update them on my arrival time, they told me they didn’t have that room available anymore! I have to ask for management to resolve the “problem”; they did and got a nice room and had a great time with my family. "
