"The resort and amenities were outstanding but the check in process was not as smooth as we would have preferred. We had to retrieve our own bags and ask for information about the resort. In addition we felt $28 for a latte and black coffee at the market was a bit extreme and $60 for a moscow mule and martini at the pool was outrageous for mediocre cocktails at best. On the flip side Che ah Chi was outstanding for lunch and Tii Gavo was excellent for dinner. I would recommend the resort but make...

"Nice place to get away for a few days, far away from other hotels and retail shops. Good complimentary coffee and tea and filtered water in lobby. Super friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle service into town."
