"Closed captions were only available on NBC,ABC, FOX… other stations worked but no closed captioning. Couldn’t enjoy the movies. No ice machines. Lobby bathroom was filthy & hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Our room had tattered blanket, peeling/chipped paints falling. Room bathroom were slightly better but could tell housekeeping staff aren’t doing their best. There were visible evidences of updates/remodels… but workers weren’t clearly identified as one. They looked like homeless folks who worked at hotel to stay in a room for free. I had rented to celebrate a pre-wedding w my fiancée & we were disappointed that the room wasn’t as advertised on hotels dot com. Will not rent that hotel again nor use hotels dot com to find rooms as I’ve not had good luck. "

"Good location with very close proximity to Pokagon State Park, and a shopping center within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with quality accessories and a nice bathroom."
