"This property is a little gem! The rooms are way nicer than they appear in the photos, the breakfast is outstanding - perfect for the health and wellness we needed before an active day, and the front desk staff is Outstanding! We had two little situations - 1 where the bed wasn’t made up for the 3rd person in a room, and the front desk lady was working by herself, and all we asked for were the sheets and blankets, but she took it on herself to come up and get this bed ready and the 3rd set of robes and towels. She was awesome through the visit. The other front desk guys were also amazing! They helped when our rental equipment didn’t arrive - by calling them promptly when the store opened. One last thing - this place has an awesome pool and sauna area that is not substantially outlined in the booking. There is an outdoor/indoor warm tub, a cold plunge pool, a foot walking stone spa, a sauna, a steam room, awesome chairs and huge blankets to sit in, 3 different types of showers. The spa is awesome!"

"This small family-style hotel feels UNIQUE and well-organized. Everybody LOVES breakfast, which is served from 7:30 in the morning. Modern coffee machines can make you 8 different types of coffee and even recognize different cup sizes. It's very convenient before starting Ski day! The staff is very friendly and we enjoy our stay. The only one small thing a hotel can improve is to provide SOFTER towels :)"

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"
