"Upon arrival we were greeted with valet offering to park and someone to take the baggage. The lobby was gorgeous and decorated for the holiday. All hotel food facilities (3) were easily identified, had menus available at the entrance and varied from cafe open 24/7, a bar and grill and an elegant sit down option. "Good location for Asian food"

"Overall the stay was good but was disappointed when my 2 attempts to make arrangements for a small decoration for my sons birthday were disregarded. First attempt by email almost a week of ahead of time and the followup email they said thatd be sent was not, then 2nd attempt was at check in, the reception actually apologized and then offered a slice of cake and he even wrote down the day and time that would work for it to be delivered to our room.
