"Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
