"We absolutely loved this hotel. This was an anniversary trip for us and we used Expedia to book, so we didn’t really have any experiences to go on, just a budget. When we checked in, the woman at the counter was absolutely the nicest person I’ve ever met. She explained everything, let me know where all the amenities were, and reminded me to let her know if we needed anything at all. "Everyone was really nice but the first room they gave us was a view of the ac units. We moved and then were in a higher room but facing the city and I thought we were going to have a Hollywood hills view. "
