The staff was very nice! There is a 7/11 near the hotel, which is pretty convenient. Room is a bit small, but we have come to expect that in most Japanese hotels. Good place to stay, has nice onsen area.

The hotel is very clean and modern,the staff are very accommodating,friendly and helpful, the onsen is nice , food they serve at dinner and breakfast are very good.they even have a Mochi making show, the staff let us watch the show and taste the mochi even we’re not part of the tour group, it taste really good. There’s a 7 eleven near the hotel

The room is small, no nearby restaurants. The surrounding is very quiet, not idea for long stay. The hotel is clean, we were given a room on the highest floor which is a plus.

Big reasonable hotel, car recommended
The hotel is a few blocks from the shopping street, and a couple of kilometers from a large grocery store. Not much open late in the area, and not a comfortable area to walk around when it's cold, but parking is free in the large surface lot, and other sites are easily reachable by car.

Would go back to Mombetsu Prince
I was very surprised at the level of comfort, service and especially the breakfast. I only stayed there as a stopover between destinations. Room was a bit small but the bed was great. Building is a bit dated but they have kept it up very well. I went to an excellent French restaurant just down the street from the hotel. Mombetsu is a small town and the hotel is located just minutes away from the entertainment district. As I said, the breakfast was way beyond my expectations. The onsen bath was great. I would stay there again.
