"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. Bathrrom was very nice. The hotel has renovations being done so I cannot comment on othe rooms. The breakfast was great and staff very pleasant."

"The building itself was very cool. The furnishings need some thought and money put into them. The spaces could feel and be used so much better than they are so it's a bit disappointing. The amenities are not very clear. What is stated on the website was not mentioned or encouraged by the staff. We never did get the wifi to work. The staff was not rude, but not welcoming either. "We loved this place! It was recommended to us by an old friend. He said it was a must do so we did it! Our bedroom overlooked the Piazza. There was a wonderful rooftop terrace. The host and owner. Felipo met us every morning and took us to a café cappuccino and fresh juice and pastries. Clean clean, clean Filippo and his housekeeper Sarah were So inviting and helpful."

"Great property if hard to find. Buffet breakfast is worth the money. Good American and European fare. Lovely room with easy lighting, good shower and bathroom plumbing. Felt like a luxury stateroom on a great cruise. "
