5/5 Excellent
"I’ve stayed at this hotel before it changed names and it’s still has gorgeous. The location is great, really central to all main area and because of that very convenient to pop in and out of. My only comments are 3pm checkin is a bit late, I know that post Covid hotels have cut staff to make savings but 3pm! Really.
On that same issue one way they could really progress is by being a bit more environmentally conscious, lots of hotels now don’t have tiny bottles of shampoo etc instead go larger wall mounted options which can still be high products but much less plastic waste. We said the lady servicing our floor NOT to “do” our room as we were leaving the next day. She ignored us, changed towels which were then never used, threw away soap and shampoo that could have been used that night and put brand products out, wasteful and unnecessary.
However, as I said, the hotel is gorgeous and would happily stay again. "
