There were dead bugs in my room on the second day I was there. I tried to ask for at least a partial refund they said I had to contact customer service on Expedia first. I tried calling customer service by phone but the person barely spoke English and said they couldn't understand me I'm a former educator there's nothing wrong with my English I have no accent. I have not been offered anything by anyone and the staff saw the bugs I made them clean them. I didn't want them to think I'm trying to scam or anything. It was cockroaches and everyone knows there's always more than what we see. I've been staying at multiple hotels in the area. Other hotels don't have this problem so I know I'm not the problem if I see bugs I leave there is no excuse for a clean hotel to have bugs. If any place is cleaned regularly it's minimal a couple of ants if foods left out or a fly if a door is left open. Cockroaches in a hotel I believe they should be taken care of immediately. I have yet to hear from this hotel to make things right.
