"This is only my second time staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, and in spite of always having a great experience, I remain somewhat surprised that the service was even better. Seriously, every Marriott employee is a super star rock star of EXCELLENT customer service. The customer service I received at this Marriott in December, 2024 was at an 11, and this time around, it was at 111. Even I could not believe that the customer service could get even better, but that is exactly what happened. Keith was even more professional, friendlier, more attentive and genuinely interested in giving great customer service, and both Joel and the other employees went above and beyond to make my short business trip stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and they all did just that. Although I shall have not any business at Locust Grove Estate until this December, 2025, I honestly cannot wait to return to this Marriott."
