"We loved our stay at the Fort Conde Inn. The staff was so helpful and kind, the property was beautiful and the room was perfect for our stay. Please keep in mind that 1) this is a historic home, it is not new, but it's still beautiful and personally i love the architecture of times past far more than the modern we have now. 2) It is in Downtown Mobile. "We enjoyed our stay, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved the original look of the hardwood floors and stairs. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful. We will be staying again in the future. "

"Friendly front desk, clean room. Great affordable stop on a road trip with a dog. McDonald’s is next door, and other restaurants and shopping a walking distance away (although the area is not easily walkable). Some sketchy people staying at the motel were having a screaming match. Worst part was all the trash scattered in the grass around the property, possibly from the nearby highway."
