Staff were very friendly and made us felt welcomed. Room was nice and spacious. And we like the laundry in the room. And they even had Nintendo Switch to borrow during your stay so my kids were happy. Overall it was great. Thank you!

Some construction work going on in vicinity but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel was stunning - modern and classic, lots of very elegant touches like nightgowns, lots of bathroom amenities and the team were super friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Excellent location! Quiet, safe and clean. We will definitely come back again! The shopping district when you get off Ueno station is awesome. Plus, you could take a Skyliner straight from Keisei Ueno train station to the NRT airport direct. Can beat that!

This is a very nice hotel, exactly as described. The room is very spacious, beds and bedding great. The traditional Japanese bathroom is perfect, as well as the water closet. We enjoyed having the kitchen facilities and all the washer. It is great value and the location is excellent for moving around the city. First rate.

"新しいので、とても綺麗でした。 部屋に着いた時に暖房がつけてくれてあり、暖かくて良かったです。 加湿器付きの空気清浄機も良かったです。 朝食の軽食付きでしたが、夕飯にもできるようなメニューでした。カレーとか焼きそばとかの冷凍食品です。 フロントまで行かなければいけませんが、コーヒーサービスも良かったです。 たまたまフロントから遠い部屋だったので、足が悪い人は予めリクエストしておくと良いと思います。 冷蔵庫が、わざわざスイッチを入れないといけないシステムです。 軽食は、冷凍食品なので自室にて保管です。 冷蔵庫のスイッチは忘れないようにしてください。 ..."
