"My only suggestion is to install a shower chair that has legs on it. The current chair is attached to the wall by a bracket. It didn't feel safe when I attempted to use it. I am a disabled plus size person so I lowered myself into the seat very gently, but did not feel secure on it. That is the ONLY issue I had with my stay at the Bellissimo. Everything else was definitely five stars. I look forward to the opportunity to stay there again in my future travels. "

"Wow! Where do I begin! I personally want to give praise to Lynn Parker for her impeccable customer service she provided to my family and I last night! We checked in for a staycation and this surpassed any home away from home that I could ever imagine. She upgraded our room to not just any room but the presidential suite! We had no idea what we were walking into and our mouths dropped as soon as we opened the door. The views from that suite were breathtaking and the spaciousness was unbelievable. I felt like a queen and this was done out of the goodness of her heart. Thank you so much for granting us that experience! We are forever grateful and you have made our month.
