"Enjoyed our time here. The room was spacious and clean. My only thing that is a con is the hot tub/ spa area was very crowded but they always are in the afternoon after a day of skiing on a holiday weekend. "

"The music on the village is loud and does not get turn off until 10pm. Also, there is no blackout curtains so it feels like is morning the entire night. Nice views but option for dark curtains should be available. Front desk don't answers to complains."

"One of the beds in our room broke to where one corner was on the floor. They didnt have another room available and couldnt have someone fix until the next day. Staff didnt offer any solution. After going to the front desk and asking the staff what can be done. One staff guy said the could bring us a rollaway bed. The staff that brought it was very nice. They fixed the bed the next day but didnt rem9ve the rollaway so we were constantly having to crawl over it to move around the room. The front...

"Our stay was lovely- until the end. As we were loading our car to leave someone stole my ski poles from the lobby inside. Furthermore- none of the employees seemed to care! They acted like it was no big deal! The poles were with another set of poles as well as a few pieces of luggage. My husband was loading the car so they were only inside the lobby for a few minutes- a terrible end to our stay..."
