"Overall the property was great. However, the elevators are too narrow for the luggage carts. You have to angle them in as they don't fit just putting them straight in, especially with skis or boards. The hot tubs were not hot but they were trying to work on that."

"Unfortunately I experienced some horrible altitude sickness during my stay. And Max at the Valet desk and Venesa in the cleaning team went out of their way to help me when I was feeling extremely unwell. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again. Yes the rooms are a little outdated but if you're skiing you'll only be there to sleep. And its situated right near the Gondola. "

"We had a large bedroom condo with 3 balconies and amazing views of the mountains. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had complimentary rides to and from anywhere in the village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we were greated with hot chocolate and pastries. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the convenience/amenities of staying in a hotel with the space of a condo. I was very sad to leave, we had the best time!"
