"Very nice hotel for the price, especially on a weekend. Check in was rapid and courteous. Decor was very nice and room was clean and well kept-up. Hot water, A/C - heat and jacuzzi tub all worked well, breakfast wasn't overly fancy but did include hot food. Plenty of coffee which is important to me. Pool was a nice size and was clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the desk chair - its vinyl cover was almost all peeled off and what was left came off on our clothes. This was the only shabby aspect of the hotel. "

"Loved the room. We had a balcony room overlooking the lake. Our room had a fireplace and whirlpool bath. Very very nice. "

"They have done a very nice job with the remodel. I've been using this hotel for the past 40 years. The downtown location can't be beat. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars and downtown shopping. "
