"The hotel was nice and clean and everything was in order but my favorite was the STAFF!! From Alfonso taking care of my car each night, to Leo brining me an extra blanket to Evelyn at the front desk.. even the guy who got my car in the mornings!! Traveling for work is never fun and the week started out terrible but coming back to the hotel each night was great, put a smile on my face and gave me peace of mind!! Definitely recommend staying there especially after a long day! "

"Delightful stay prior to a procedure at Stanford Heath of Tri Valley. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The room was well appointed and comfortable. All staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I was there for an association event. Although I didn't book the room with the block, I was upgraded to a room with the group. I was busy hoating our event in their ballrooms, I didn't get to stay in the room much. When I did, the atmosphere was relaxing and had everything I needed. Too bad I didn't get to experience the restaurant downstairs. Overall, friendly staff and great customer service. I would stay there again."
