"Everything was very clean, the bed very comfy and the towels good quality. The hotel is close to food and shopping and right off the interstate. Breakfast options kind of slim. There was a big cigarette burn in the mattress cover, I would throw that out. But the front desk staff was very kind and friendly, would definitely stay again. "

My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!"
