"This inn is located in a very convenient location to the town center where there are numerous boutique shops. The inn itself is quiet, clean, and safe, with a small 24-hour open dining room with a coffee station that offers Green Mountain coffee pods, and pop-corn and cracker snacks. The stay includes a breakfast that consists of cold items -- cereals, yogurt, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, etc. But the town center is but a stone's throw away with a few excellent locations for a full breakfast. "

"Manager (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious (had corner room). Very good for price. Some annoying ticking sound maybe from room heater throughout the night but otherwise no issues at all. Would stay here again."

"We had a great stay at The Lakehouse Inn. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beverage and brownies. Our room was lovely, the new gas fireplace was a bonus. And the breakfast was out of this world! Service was fantastic from everyone involved, especially our breakfast server Kathleen. We would definitely recommend a stay here."

"I've considered staying here before and finally did. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with super hot water and great shower head. Goodies for purchase in the room were quite thoughtful. Complimentary French press coffee was perfect in the morning. Guessing rooms will continue to be updated over time (like window shades and removal of old AC wall units) but overall happy with my experience. "
