"We made a last-minute reservation here after a canceled flight. The airport shuttle was free and easy to access. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as we were not at all prepared for our stay. The guest room was beautiful and had a gigantic TV and a comfortable king bed. Everything including restroom/shower were immaculately clean. The restaurant and bar were great. "Only thing bad about this hotel was how long they keep the hold on your credit card. To this day and it’s been already more than 12 days since we checked out that the hold is still pending and hasn’t cleared. I don’t know what’s going on but we’ve called the hotel and still they haven’t resolved it."

To be honest we were a little anxious about what to expect in the LaGuardia area, but it was all good. "
