"When I went to check in the woman at the table near where check in used to be told me they didn't have any rooms. When I told her I booked my room 6 months earlier and showed her my Expedia travel confirmation email. She just kept saying no rooms. She wouldn't call her manager for help. And she wouldn't help in anyway. The hotel looked as if it was closing down or maybe under new owners. I've had hotels change owners before and they always honored the bookings. I also had my 16th year old niece...
