"Quiet, elegant, Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful! The location was practically right in Time Square, 5 min walk to Rockefeller, 15 min walk to Central Park, and 5 to 10 min to most theaters. I will go again and stay there again. The restaurant and food is fantastic too! I highly recommend this place to everyone! "

"The room was very clean and a good size. We appreciated having a refrigerator and a small table in the room. The staff were friendly. Our only complaint was there was no temperature control, so the room was a little warm for our liking, but overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for attending Broadway shows."

"Great location but check in was a mess. Was told that room would be ready by 3, so we decided to go get a late lunch in the meantime. Never got an email stating our room was ready, so went back to the hotel at 430 and were told that our room on the high dloor (as promised) was still not ready due to previous guests deciding to stay later and paid extra to check out at 6.
