"Hamilton Island is a beautiful place to visit. The island is small, and the free shuttle around it is useful. It is a pricey destination, but the room is very nice. "The rooms were very well situated on the beach. Most staff seemed fairly indifferent and I would have expected much better for the price point. Two examples. First, no one ever followed up to my email asking for tours after a week. When I called and waited 20 mins on hold, the response was “we haven’t gotten to it”. When we needed help with a dinner reservation, the staff never followed up at all. Good, but expected better for the price. "

"We were allocated Compass Point 4 which was a one bedroom apartment style property. It was so cool because the property came with a golf buggy which we picked up at the airport.
