"I loved everything about Hotel Riu Ochos Rios. The food was great the views were amazing the staff were friendly & helpful. Next time We’ll stay at an Adults only resort tho. There were so many kids. I wasn’t expecting that. But overall we had a perfect beautiful stay "

"For the price, Hibiscus Lodge was as expected. The front desk staff could have had better customer service. Anytime I called to complain about not having hot water, their response “no one else has complained about this, but we’ll send someone.” Umm.. I don’t care what anyone else has complained about, I’m complaining now. Other than the water issue and outdated rooms, it wasn’t a terrible stay.
