terrible service & environment also wrong booking
"I've stayed many times in this hotel, but it seems in recent years, it's going downward only. All my customers around also said this hotel quality reduced too much. The luggage and front desk service and Sherlock Holmes bar are good and excellent. But the reception and environment of whole hotel ..."
