First visit: bathroom door came off and landed on my foot. They moved out room and got $50 food credit…. Tv remote didn’t work. No one answers the phone. Super frustrating.
Next visit:
No hot water the first night and no one answered the phone so we couldn’t have it fixed.
The ceiling started leaking so we had to switch rooms. Based on our previous experience, they gave us a bigger room but instead of two double beds we had to share a bed which is not ideal and the whole reason why we booked separate beds….
We had countless problems with being overcharged as well. Took hours to figure out accounting.
Overall, a terrible experience, but great location, friendly staff (minus manager Anastasia) and some good shows at Hyde pool (even tho 50 Cent never showed for his concert). Overpriced and too many problems with our stay. Yikes!
