Perfect place two blocks from El Zócalo. The hotel is a well kept property that had a fresh smell upon arrival not only at the lobby but also the room. Super comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Kept the rating at 4 based on the lack of a soap dish in the shower. There was no towel rack for the hand towels and the morning coffee at breakfast was cold.The terrace on the 5th floor is nothing like they present in pictures, all the fancy patio furniture is gone and it had stacks of chairs. We had to pull two chairs to sit and enjoy the view. In all it's a good place based on proximity to the historic center and it's restaurant Garabatos.

Had an excellent stay. Top tier staff service. I’d I had to say something negative it would be that the bathroom decor was peeling apart and that the halls to get to the room smelled like humity. Bisedes that, everything else was just fine.

Friendly staff, room was clean and well appointed. I arrived and went directly to sleep. Woke up after a nap to discover that my window was not a real window but some sort of light panel. This offset my sleeping pattern greatly but it was just two days. If I had noticed at first, I would have asked for something else.

The hotel was very beautiful and very convenient to the Zocalo. There are 2 great restaurants in the hotel. The hotel has a very generous buffet breakfast with many options. The staff was very friendly. I loved that I was able to check in to hotel at 4am (with a surcharge) after a long overnight flight. Valet parking very convenient.

The room had a strong sewer smell, had to downgrade our room because they didnt have more available and founded pieces of nails on the bedsheets of my downgraded room. Below average for being a hilton managed hotel. Never staying again. A lot more better options for the price around there.
