"Apartment is in a good location and works well with a lift, ski room, endless hot water and central heating. It is badly let down by how it is fitted out. Cheap shabby and uncomfortable furniture, poor beds, a dangerously overheating oven, broken bin, poor Wi-Fi, broken shower strut, broken extractor fan, ceiling lights hanging off the wires, and no basics in the poorly fitted kitchen so not even pepper, a coffee filter or a spare loo roll. "We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "

"You cannot go wrong staying at this property. Fabien will treat you right and you are both in the heart of chamonix and just outside the crowds in downtown chamonix. Walk 5 mins to everything but hear the birds in the morning as you open your balcony windows to an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Fabien thank you for taking such good care of us! Bravo!!"
