"Love the property."

"Parking is a pain and expensive! We were without any luggage all four days. Desk staff was highly variable in their help. Some were sympathetic and helpful, others did not care. Food was excellent. Breakfast is well worth the price, as was the restaurant in the basement. "

"We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Royal Plaza Montreux. It was an easy walk from the Montreux station (also easy to get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage and don’t want to walk). We walked to the Christmas market, which was wonderful! It was also an easy walk to the shopping district, which had tons of shopping and restaurants. In addition, the bus was super easy to use, goes right by the hotel, and takes you to shopping as well as Chillon castle. The hotel breakfast on the main floor was lovely, with plenty of options. The hot buffet on the lower level was also very good with a ton of options. But perhaps the best thing was the gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains from the hotel lobby!"
