"The hotel was fine and good value for money apart from the receptionist parking her car in the handicapped/disabled car space which I vacated to take my daughter to the rail station at 5:15 am and returned at 6:00 am. I note that she did not move her vehicle although I asked whos car it was and she proudly said that it was hers."

"This hotel is in an old abbey that is being renovated. Guests are encouraged to check it out. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Many have a small sitting room with the bed and bath upstairs in a loft. A word of caution, the stairs are somewhat narrow The staff was friendly and helpful and had suggestions for dining and looking around "

"The hotel is right in the middle of a resort with a zoo, casino, indoor ski slope and skating, Roman pool, spa and many other things besides including many restaurants and nearby within a few minutes drive there are supermarkets and shopping centres. The hotel had a nice pool so the kids were happy and it was very clean and it is also close to the lovely city of Thionville for cafe's, castle in town, eat by the river, lovely shopping and Metz where we went to the Centre Pompidou art gallery and...

"Had my card all ready for me, quick check-in. Room was a good size, including a table and two chairs. Ground floor as I asked. Kitchenette has what you need and a real coffeeaker with reusable filter."

I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it. Only cons were: Steps at both entrances. Staff...
