I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"The common areas were clean and the pool area was spacious. Room was very nice, with a handy kitchenette and a small balcony. The bathroom had NO towel bar, though. Just one small hook on the back of the door. And the floor of the shower looked pretty worn/rough."
