"Excellent facilities and sevice"

"Facilities at the hotel were excellent although the lack of air conditioning in some rooms was an issue even in April but reception moved me to a better room. The dinner was excellent though not inexpensive and breakfast was typical in a 4 star hotel. The walk down (and up!) to the harbour was steep and I opted for a taxi back. The walk to the town centre only took 12 minutes (when I mastered the route) and a good selection of restaurants was available. "

"Lovely hotel. Nice pool, Comfortable beds. Staff at reception outstanding, and a special thanks to Mandy for her help and kindness when I fell and injured my back during my.stay. Entertainment too loud which carried up to rooms. Bar staff need a bit of training in mixology."

"Olga on reception was in touch with us beforehand to arrange the procedure on arrival. When we arrived, there she was to greet us & go through everything that we could possibly need to know & more ! We were upgraded to a very quaint olde worlde Spanish apartment type room which was spot on. Would definitely recommend for the hotel & the location."

"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "
