Fantastic location on the waterfront with a good bar and restaurant downstairs that serves food until late. Large rooms with good amenities, but getting a little tired now. Rooms at front ground level and close to the water/bar subject top noise about midnight as patrons leave.

The property is located in a spot where you may have a beautiful sunrise over the city view. Sadly the accommodation is little outdated, the accommodation itself it located above a bar/restaurant (although great food), we were woken 11.30pm by the sound of bottles being thrown out, 12pm the sound of the staff dragging chairs and tables. The accommodation staff weren't welcoming or approachable when seeking directions

It’s above a nightclub bar and the people are so loud and obnoxious. So if you want a quiet night don’t go there. The room was grubby and my reauest for a cot mattress was just ignored. The area is amazing it’s such a shame it’s above a night club. Might be ok when the bar isn’t open
