「The 2 ladies at the desk greeted us, very friendly, kind, welcoming and accommodating. ( Joanna and ?) Room was simple but very clean. The sleep was great, bed was good, pillows were very soft and comfy. Breakfast was good, very clean dining area. I cannot say enough how refreshingly quiet this hotel was. Obviously the bigger busier hotels have more action there, but dont underestimate this hotels simplicity and A staff. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Was in town for hockey games. Price was unmatched compared to other hotels in town. Reviews made me a little nervous but the hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and I felt safe. The place had a little bit of a smell, but it is an older building. Shower worked, heat/air worked, tv worked. Will stay again if the need arises.」

「Good place. A few things I noticed. One washer/dryer unit wasn't working before I checked in. I was there for a week so I'm not sure if management had a contract to have someone to come during that time to fix the problem. In the fitness room, the TVs on the treadmills did not work to bring up cable. There was a guy trying to get it working with no success :) I really like the room however I noticed to things: - There was a lot of mold under the lip of the toilet. I'm sure other people can...

「This was a pleasant surprise to walk into our room. I was not expecting such a large room with all the amenities. This would be a good place to stay if you needed an extended stay in Grand Forks.」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」
