"Great service. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was available daily. Our room was cleaned daily and well. I have no complaints about the property at all. One thing to keep in mind. If you don’t want any loud noises early in the morning, don’t book at this hotel. It’s right on the port and there’s a shipping yard right next to the port. "

The property is located in a tiny piazza with cafes, pastry shops and restaurants at just footsteps away. The colosseum can be seen from The sidewalk and you can walk to it in about 4 minutes. Most of the sites can be reached by foot and are no more than a 20 minute walk. "The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging. "

"This was our favorite property to stay at because of the location. Very large and clean room with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helped us get our door open. Very close to the train station and lots of stores around the area. Also super close to two bus stops. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Rome! "
