From the moment I arrived, Shannon was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering all my questions about nearby attractions. The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."

"I was annoyed that the room was not ready by 3:00. We arrived @ 12 and asked for an early check in. One of the rooms was available close to 3:00 and the other room was not available until 3:20 after several phone calls to ask them to get the room inspected so we could check in. For a one night stay, it should have been ready by 3:00. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. "
