"The room was clean and the staff friendly. Too bad the hot tub was out of commission, but the pool was nice and the kids loved it. "

"The room was spacious, clean, and generally in great condition. The bedroom HVAC unit was unusually clunky when it turned on, which was disturbing. But the real issue was that the door lock simply didn't work. You could close the door, and got a reassuring click, but a light tug would open it to anyone who wanted access to your stuff. That's so dangerous, because we left the room unlocked by accident that way. Luckily, no bad outcome, but this should never happen."
