"After We ChecKed Out And Left The Place; We ReaLized Probably 4 or 5hrs Later, That We Had Accidently Left A Personal Item In Our Room.. So We Went BacK To Inquire About It. The Lady At The Front DesK Was Not Personable & Had A Monotone Voice, As She SpoKe With Me. Made Me NOT Want To sTay There Again, Just Because Of Her "Customer Service"."

"I was a here for a work trip, so the location and availability of a room in such short notice was convenient for me. I did not have a chance to check out the gym, however the bartender service and the food were great. They gave me a discount for it being my birthday - that was cool. I spent a lot of time on my computer and the Wifi worked really well. Besides there being a hair on one of my towels, I had no issues. Also, Layne at the front desk, thanks for your help with letting me check out at 2pm instead of 11am - much appreciated. "

"The hotel was amazing. I loved the service so much. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Great Wolf Lodge. This place is great for kids and teens I totally recommend it. We hope to come back here. I also want to give a great review to one of the receptionists over there I don’t remember her name but she was amazing to us."
