Practical amenities like pay laundry on the 6th floor and ample parking make it even more convenient (just note the garage has a height restriction). The front desk staff was phenomenal. I have to give a special shout-out to Jenette—she was the definition of a Brand Ambassador. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. If you’re looking for top-tier customer service and an unbeatable hotel experience in Coconut Grove, SoFla Vacations and the Arya Hotel are it. I’ll be back—again and again! "
