「The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. 」

「Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. 」

「We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day and didn’t realize it until after the booked day had passed, they very kindly worked with us on a solution and were very helpful. We stay here every time we are in Bishkek!」

「It’s good for its price, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included.」

「We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!」

「The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant.」

「Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr verwickelt (Bad, Zimmer), das Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster und hat damit keine typische Ramada-Qualität. Max. 3 Sterne. Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit, da nach der Reinigung es ab und zu Haare gab. Im Zimmer wurden unterschiedliche Steckdosen - europäische und amerikanische - verwandt, aber einen Adapter gab es auf Anfrage.」
