「Check in was really messy. We arrived a bit early, but they used around 15min just to find our bookings, then they used another 10min to find out if some rooms where ready, in the end we just left to go for lunch another place to give them time to sort out some rooms. When we came back 1h45min later they had still not found us some rooms. Took another 20mins for them to check us in! By which time we had just 10mins for the 3 of us to get a shower and go to the airport to do the helicopter trip...

「J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien agencée et spacieuse. Je suis arrivée à 3h du matin et j'ai reçu un bon service. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche de restaurants et de magasins. Une crème anti-moustique était fournie. Le seul hic, c'est que quand on les contactent via la messagerie Expedia, ils ne répondent pas. C'est frustrant surtout que je savais que j'allais arriver dans la nuit et que j'avais vraiment besoin de réponse.」

「Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel. I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days. 」

「They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. 「Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. 」

「This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink.」
