「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「the weekend we stayed there, there was an event. lots of noisy teenagers. but the staff have done a wonderful job to make sure other guests have a quiet time. I really appreciate their hard work. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there again. Plus, it is so close to the zoo」

「This hotel experience was amazing starting from the customer service at the door, to the restaurant, and condition of the room. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the food could have been much better for the price, and the water pressure in the shower was less than stellar. But the views with floor the ceiling widows were gorgeous!」
