"The room itself was clean in terms of carpeting and the bedding. It could use a deep clean. The bathroom door around the handle is dirty, the water blasts through the shower curtain making the bathroom floor wet, the taps in the bathtub didn’t turn off all the way. The television was all prerecorded programs. The walls could use a wipe down. The service was ok, we had to ask for soap and toiletries. Check-in and out was easy. "

The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional!
