"The property is in need of updating. More staff needed in bar/lounge area. Rooms need updating, housekeeping never came even when we were told they would be in. TV channel selection is not comparable to other hotels. "

"Beautiful location right on the marina with great access to walk the area. There is a 5-10 minute walk to a framers market on Saturday morning. Hotel team was friendly. There was in unexpected $20 destination fee but they did use it as credit for daily purchases at their marketplace and or towards their hotel’s restaurant. "

"I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that was not fun to wake up to. Overall a great stay. "

"We needed a place to stay for a week extremely last minute/day of do to a plumbing issue in our apartment and they were very accommodating of us and our large dog! Great communication throughout the stay and we really appreciated the pet treats and wine they left for us. "
