"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"Booked a 4 night stay for my hubby and I. Nice staff. Quick check in. Clean rooms. Bed not very comfortable. Hotel staff made sure we had plenty clean towels and tolieties. Had to get our room key reprogrammed several times. Location close to Biltmore also. The Waffle House is a plus also. "

"From the moment my wife and I arrived we experienced friendly exceptional service. The hotel is a showplace and our room had great views of the river /waterfalls. We received awesome attention at check in and a great big shoutout to Tatianna… the best bartender I you will ever meet. Highly recommend this fantastic hotel. "

"A pleasant hotel to sleep in, helpful front desk reception staff. Room service is on demand only, which I found odd, so don’t forget to ask to have your room cleaned when you leave for the day. The big downside is dining at the hotel, both evening meal and morning options are limited with slow service. As there are dozens of alternatives nearby I’d recommend any of those instead as that’s what I did after my first couple of meals. Generally the room was spotless but I did find an old sock and...

"The location is central to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It also has sight seeing opportunities with the falls and millennium bridge. It's very walkable and near the swamp Rabbit Trail. Parking is very convenient and it also has a valet service."

"Overall everything was great. Room was large n ADA bathroom was great. Nice hot showers but think the way the water comes out to floor is dangerous even thohough is ADA shower feel should be better way to block water from going out of ahower. Disappointed that we couldnt use our free drinks because it was 6p-730p and our concert started at 6. Should have like a happy hour n start at 4p. Also woshed they had flavored coffee creamers in room and during breakfast. It was a great stay otherwise...
