Little trash outside property, night staff who checked me in was very willing to help and check in process and fast and easy. No hot breakfast at this location, grab and go coffee and granola bars」

「I like the friendly service. The exercise equipment worked. Generally it was clean. We originally had a room where the TV didn't work and the key cards were sometimes a problem. Management switched us to a different room and fixed the key cards which was much better. Breakfast was adequate. 」

「An easy 10 minute walk to Mayo's main buildings. Nice breakfast included, bar area has tasty food options, though limited. 5:30 free soup was a nice option. Comfortable rooms. Would be nice to have coffee/tea available at any time in the lobby, rather than just at breakfast. Shuttle to Mayo was available throughout the day, in cold weather would be highly appreciated. Parking was extra, but at a lower cost than downtown parking garages. Able to leave car even after checkout time, if you...

「I love the proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very loud. We heard a toilet above us flushing all night and faced the street and heard lots of outside noise. Large gap under the door to the room allowed in lots of light and noise from the hallway. 」
